  1. We ate them 🙂 Added them to curries, stir fries, and such. They are pretty spicy!

    We’ve grown these a few times, and one year we took all of the hot peppers from our garden, dehydrated them, and ground them up. We used this pepper mixture a lot in flavoring foods – we actually did a mild, medium, and extra-spicy version, all a mixture of various peppers. The mild was mostly ancho with a couple of hotter peppers, and the spicy was cayenne, purira, and a bunch of others.
